+++on 7th of march the genetiks will participate in the new movie of sci-fi kung fu filmer? gerhard schuster. a great honour possibly. for this purpose on this day this song is played at gasthaus braun ::::: after that the band will be shot with knifes and forks. gerhard schuster is known through the underground cult movie? 'jimmy tornado'. if you are capable of reading some german, please read more about it here. please! an excerpt: 'The science-fiction-requisites such as laser-weapons, helmets etc. have been bought primarily on flea markets/junk fairs, whereas the kiddy junk fair zones turned out as most suitable- the sellers there already get shining eyes when they take in 50 cents.'

+++the genetiks are complete. ralf our temporary bass player of drivingthesalt is now the new bass player of the genetiks. his first concert as a fully genetik is on 4th of february in jena. to this day the hair is cut, the fingernails are painted and the body is wrapped in a black uniform, alright, ralf ;-)

+++the new release of the genetiks will also be brought out as vinyl-record. this is made possible through a cooperation between millipederecords and 3,0 PS-schallplatten(records), the label of heiko prein aka haxe hardcore aka heiko "no...areyoustillplayingthatkindofsound" prein of AMEN81, on which the new record of amen was brought out, too; a bomb, this new record of amen, meine damen.

+++the genetiks are looking for one more band-member: a dancer and maybe singer/screamer for the tour in march(17th of march till 1st of april), if you`re interested in that, please mail us.
